First 30 minutes, 6:00 - 6:30

Discuss mission, vision, goals, etc. for both the RC and the CRN (since both groups are heavily related and have very similar goals). (I have attached my own interpretation of what the Compassionate Response Network could look like. Feel free to look at it, and make any edits you would like. The intention of this document is to spark thought and conversation, not create hard definitions at this point)

Next hour, 6:30 - 7:30

Split into two smaller groups (RC and CRN). In this hour, each group works on defining specific actions to be taken to reach the goals.

Last 30 minutes, 7:30 - 8:00

Come back together, brief each other on next steps to ensure we are working toward common goals and not creating redundant work.
