What is the key to connecting with fabulous health and well being, express wonderful creativity and discover ever growing prosperity in body, mind and spirit?
To be present. To connect with ever present, full and conscious awareness.
And how then is this accomplished?
With commitment to steady practice. Through a willingness to develop the skill and discipline needed to bring oneself to that magical place within oneself.
As a result of keen interest and deep study and practice over the course of 3 decades I've developed a series of techniques that can be used in the course of daily life to bring oneself to a wonderful state of being. I've tested these methods extensively on myself and on my clients and they work very effectively. Engaging brings you into a calm place of focus, strength, well being, confidence, creativity and ever growing prosperity.
I will explain 2 key lifestyle factors and outline 6 key techniques that you can use in the action of daily life to bring yourself more deeply into the present moment. I'll show you how to apply these excellent mind and body skills to feel great and empower yourself at the same time.
You don't have to go to an ashram or a cave to connect with this great awareness, confidence and peace. By the conclusion of this presentation you will know how to relate to the moments in your life in a new and wonderful way. Prosperity in every realm awaits you!
