Seasons of Hope
A Poetic Guide to Healing and Renewal
Author reception and book signing runs from 1 to 4 PM. There will be a thirty-minute poetry reading beginning at 2:15 PM.
Seasons of Hope is a life-affirming view of the seasons of our lives. Each page reveals profound observations, insights, and inspirations. To quote one of its poems, this book:
Transforms the way
you see yourself and the world,
alters your very being.
And there is no going back.
Organized into four sections, each corresponding to a season of the year, it visits many places—some dark, some light, some quite ordinary. But always, it visits these places with a sense of hope—hope that there will be discovery, growth and, above all else, hope that there will be healing. To support this transformational process, each of the book’s 52 poems is paired with a set of thought-provoking questions designed to expand insight and prompt life-enhancing action.
