This is being sent to representatives of the organizations that have confirmed their intentions to be an exhibitor on Saturday at the Compassionate Seattle Showcase. If you are receiving this message, you are listed as the coordinator for setup.

Please check the attachment and contact John Hale immediately if any of the following items apply:

1. You are not the primary coordinator for the organization(s) listed by your name.

2. You are willing to share a table with another organization to help save space?
A. If you have a preference, identify the other organization(s).

3. You cannot set up your table on Friday between 3 PM and 9 PM.
