Event Description

Dear Ones,

On the first Monday of each month,
next date, Monday March 5th,
the Mevlevi Order of America (those who follow the Path of RUMI)
in Seattle
will gather to celebrate
the beauty of this world
and to remember the
Source of Beauty
to work together
to help each other
to polish our hearts
clarify our minds
to remember all those
who struggle
to connect to the Source
whereby
we are intimately
connected to each and
All
in ways
both tangible and intangible
- the need is great.

Here we have a way
to open our
hearts and hands
to the Source of Healing
and to All in Need
simultaneously

This is the essence
of the Whirling
and one need not get
dizzy to participate.

Even if you can't
stand in the Circle,
please open your heart
- the need is great.

Welcome to Zikr of Estag'furullah (Prayers of Forgiveness in movement and music) on the first Monday each month.
Next Date:
Monday March 5th,
7:30pm at Ballard Odd Fellows Hall,
1706 NW Market St., Seattle.

A donation is requested to rent and maintain the hall.
No prior experience is necessary.

Mevlevis, please remember to bring turn shoes, sheepskins, arakiye, hydaria...

Please share this email with your friends who may wish to participate.
All are welcome.

In Love!
