Meditation & Prayer to Awaken the Heart

Jamal Rahman will offer an 8-week class entitled, 

“Meditation & Prayer to Awaken the Heart ~ Exploring and Deepening in Contemplative Practices from Sufism, Buddhism and Hinduism.” 

Class will meet Monday evenings 7-9pm beginning July 11th through August 29th with a four hour retreat on Saturday August 20th.
