  apply the new \"Violence Integrative Prevention and Restoration (PAR)
  Model\" in the world and in their lives, to ask questions about the M
 odel, and to explore this revolutionary new \"social technology.\" Thi

 ttend the morning program (9:00 PM to Noon) and/or the afternoon progr
 am (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).\n\nThe PAR Model is a new, evidence-based, co
 gnitive approach to violence response and prevention built upon a publ
 ic health foundation. It is a significant departure from the tradition
 al “punitive” model for dealing with violence. The PAR Model incor
 porates new thinking about and language for describing violence, provi
 des a new framework for preventing and responding to violence, and pre
 sents an effective alternative to the commonly-used traditional puniti
