Monday evenings, 7:00pm--9:00pm, September 19th through December 5th and one Saturday retreat November 5th.

This course will focus on Buddhist and Sufi guidance for obtaining a compassionate attitude toward our own perfection (and lack of perfection) and help us develop a detached and balanced understanding of our journey from form to spirit.

The goal is to refine our energies so we are more able to serve our families, our communities and the world with a greater purity of intention.
