 so ordinary—water—that it is often taken for granted.\n\nThis elem
 ent, present at the inception of life and essential to it, deserves th
 e deepest reverence. Permeating every cell in our body, it cleanses, i
 nvigorates, and nourishes us like nothing else.\n\nIf we allow it to, 
 it can suffuse our spirit as well.\n\nMoving and harmonizing with wate
 r, we step into the deeper currents of our own being and feel ourselve
 s carried into the larger flow that unites all beings.\n\nThis is the
