Tis good to see the two city-based movements coming together!  Localization is the growing edge.  Check out World Peace through the Town Hall.

Thanks, Jon. This is a great endeavor and I'm fully onboard with the Charter. Did you know about Mayor "Golden Rule" Jones of Toledo, Ohio? He tried to implement the Charter over 100 years ago. Got voted out of office! But not before he did good for the average man.
