1. The process of joining a group seems to be confusing. Of 45 present at the NICO-CAN meeting, only 4 have joined the group; others joined CAN not recognizing the difference. Others say they gave up. Can you provide a simple procedure to include with the invitations?

2. I would like to use the NCIO-CAN Summit as a learning circle model to invite interested parties to plan the agenda. Need help; ready when you are.
