Biodanza is a human movement and creative integration process which respects the necessity of co-creating sacred and spiritual encounters with others. This social action builds a compassionate spirit of community care.
Biodanza helps people experience affectivity or the capacity to give and receive love, which co-creates new biological and evolutionary pathways supporting spiritual and cellular renewal of health for the community as a whole.
Each session helps you experience intense states of joy, happiness, and well-being or "vivencias". You learn how to listen and trust the wisdom of the body. This develops an ethos of self-care, respect for boundaries of safety, and self-regulation which are necessary for effective communication in feedback.
Biodanza honours the mystery of the human encounter which speaks silently and meaningfully through the eyes of the soul; the hands which gesture tenderness; the smile of mutual recognition; the integrity of touch; and the feeling sense of belonging to the collective heart beat.
