Momentum Tuesday

Car trip comes to mind in Pray Maker Abigail Wurdeman's magnificent prayer of momentum. You're done getting ready, the car is packed, you've started the engine and you're driving. Ticking off the miles and enjoying the view. Tuesday is like that. Car trips require gas and so do you. Prayer is the fuel to keep you running smoothly, so use this prayer about anticipating the rest of the week, to drive through your day.Momentum TuesdayToday, it is full speed ahead. Here I standwith my focus on the…See More

Whatever May Come

This light-hearted prayer, by Pray Maker Ruth Williams, gives thanks to the direction in which life can lead. The cards may not always be in our hands, but life always works out in the end, no matter how hard the circumstance.Whatever May Comeby Ruth Williams I’m getting the idea You know what the heck You’re doing. You made me funny, fickle, sometimes feral, but You know I always find my way back to center. You gave me the quirks I possess, like a penchant for pointless puns;a black thumb unable…See More

Breaking a Good Habit

Publisher Susan blogs about how good habits keep us steady, but sometimes we need to be spontaneous in finding new places and ways to pray. If you regularly pray inside, have you tried outside? If you are usually still, have you tried moving? What do you suggest?Read Susan's BlogSee More

Hi, I am Felix Mukuru Abwoya from KENYA East Africa  and I invite you to like HuRInOBuHeRI  on Facebook. This is a community organization that I have set up in a slum area here to support orphaned and vulnerable children so they can have access to education and opportunities that could enable them to escape from the cycle of poverty in which they live. The name HuRInOBuHeRI is a phrase in LUHYA which is the local language here in rural western KENYA and it means "we have COMPASSION"

Thanks and Regards
