Deb — I just noticed that you've joined us here on the Compassionate Action Network. Welcome. How wonderful to have you with us. If you haven't done so already, take a look at the Ten Year Campaign for Compassionate Cities. I'd love to see you become a part of this important and rewarding initiative. If we reach at least 1,000 people by March 15, 2010, then the City of Seattle will affirm the Charter for Compassion. My understanding is that you don't have to be from Seattle to sign on. Right now, we're at 21% of that goal. Please help us reach that 1,000 number.

Also, I just posted a wonderful music video from Amnesty International — " The Price of Silence." It's well worth viewing.
