Aho Mitakuye Oyasin....All my relations. I honor you in this circle of life with me today. I am grateful for this opportunity to acknowledge you in this prayer....

To the Creator, for the ultimate gift of life, I thank you.

To the mineral nation that has built and maintained my bones and all foundations of life experience, I thank you.

To the plant nation that sustains my organs and body and gives me healing herbs for sickness, I thank you.

To the animal nation that feeds me from your own flesh and offers your loyal companionship in this walk of life, I thank you.

To the human nation that shares my path as a soul upon the sacred wheel of Earthly life, I thank you.

To the Spirit nation that guides me invisibly through the ups and downs of life and for carrying the torch of light through the Ages. I thank you.

To the Four Winds of Change and Growth, I thank you.

You are all my relations, my relatives, without whom I would not live. We are in the circle of life together, co-existing, co-dependent, co-creating our destiny. One, not more important than the other. One nation evolving from the other and yet each dependent upon the one above and the one below. All of us a part of the Great Mystery.

Thank you for this Life...

The way of the Warrior

Native Spirituality

THE WAY OF THE WARRIOR - POLITE COURTESY A Warrior has no reason to be cruel. They do not need to prove their strength. A Warrior is courteous even to his enemies. Without this outward show of respect, we are nothing more than animals. HEROIC COURAGE Rise up above the masses of people who are afraid to act. Hiding like a turtle in a s...hell is not living at all. A Warrior must have heroic courage. It is absolutely risky, It is dangerous. It is living life completely,… Continue

A friend sent this thought I'd pass it on.............

I wish you ENOUGH my friend !!!

I wish you Enough !

Recently I overheard a Father and daughter in their last moments together at the airport. They had announced the departure.

Standing near the security gate, they hugged and the Father said, 'I love you, and I wish you enough.'

The daughter replied, 'Dad, our life together has been more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough, too, Dad.'

They kissed and… Continue

Hi - I am writing to ask for your support in creating a compassionate world. When I started the Compassionate Action Network I was hoping that social networks could be part of how we activate the will and find a way to make just and lasting change. I am grateful that you joined this network and I sincerely hope that it has made some difference in your life and your community.

It was the action part of compassionate action that got my attention. So now I invite you to be part of taking another step forward together. I ask that you take two minutes to join the 10 Year Campaign for Compassionate Cities if you haven’t already.

We need 1,000 people to join by March 15 to have the Mayor and City Council follow through on their end. If you personally join the campaign and share or send this on to others we will take a big collective step forward in building our capacity to make change happen. This is not just another petition, what you do will make a difference. You can learn more about this here

You don’t need to be a Seattle resident to join this campaign, and this idea is spreading. Campaigns have started or are starting in Vancouver, BC, Bellingham, Bellevue, Issaquah, Spokane, Portland, San Francisco, and London.

If there ever was a time to stand together and affirm that what each of us does and does not do makes a difference it is now. I ask that you find the time to add your name to the growing list of people awakening compassion in our cities and our world. Join here now

Thanks for Joining the Group.........Share your experiences My Brother.......GreyWolf

Hello GreyWolf

I had an experience in the Devils Den State Park in Arkansas. My wife to be and I spent time in a cabin within the park last fall. We read an account in a log that visitors write in about their stay. A young couple had spent a few days there and were apparently followed back to the cabin after a late night hike by a Sasquatchie.

The next day we explored the area and found tree formations and a footprint near the lake trail indicating possible habitation. We took a few pictures and spent the night back in the cabin. I went out a few times that evening to see if I could sense a presence. My curiosity was heightened. We went home the next day and I began to explore what others had to say regarding these people.

I joined this group because I connect with your words. I wonder if you have knowledge of this area? I would like to revisit this place. I am not inclined to barge into their home without introduction. It would be an honor to share with them the love of our earth.

Hello, my name is Karma and I have been in some grief and pain of guilt for quite some time now! I have been hoping for some healing by attending a sweat, but have had no luck in finding any nearby.
I am in mourning of the loss of my sons deaths, my oldest was a suicide and his younger brother was found shot and killed in the year earlier. So, the sweat right now has been my only hope for some healing and relief of this painful guilt I have burdened myself with! I truly am in need of Spiritual Healing, and if you are able to help me somehow in anyway you can than I will be so appreciative, more than words can say!! I look forward to your reply in the mean time, I will keep praying and keep my faith that something will work out for me!

Hey Grey Wolf! Thanks for adding me! After reading your story, I can see we share similar lessons and teachings. I too had visions as a child, got into drugs (mostly psychedelics) but had a hard time integrating and grounding the higher frequencies. I went from studying shamanism to eastern teachings. Traveled to a different plane, met my spirit guides whose bodies were made of pure light and was told the same as you, "Follow thy path my son!" After many years of getting to experience darkness, I mean darkness and separation, isolation......... I can feel a sensitivity....a lightness of being.....clarity! When I play music, it's as if spirit is playing through me and i just get out of the way and let it happen! Very effortless and blissful! It's one of my gifts I brought through, being able to share the high frequencies of love through music! I play music with Jon and Tova. Our connection is effortless. Our dream is to be playing and sharing our love through music around the globe. :)
Thanks again and Blessings!
