Hi Karen,
Thanks for your welcome! Had to join when I was in Seattlek the first city of Compassion! Wish we could have been together last night - the book signing was wonderful! We are so excited about Women, Spirituality and Transformative Leadership: Where Grace Meets Power and how it might serve as another portal for compassionate action in the world.
We need 1,000 people to join by March 15 to have the Mayor and City Council follow through on their end. If you personally join the campaign and share or send this on to others we will take a big collective step forward in building our capacity to make change happen. This is not just another petition, what you do will make a difference. You can learn more about this here
You don’t need to be a Seattle resident to join this campaign, and this idea is spreading. Campaigns have started or are starting in Vancouver, BC, Bellingham, Bellevue, Issaquah, Spokane, Portland, San Francisco, and London.
If there ever was a time to stand together and affirm that what each of us does and does not do makes a difference it is now. I ask that you find the time to add your name to the growing list of people awakening compassion in our cities and our world. Join here now
