I saw the His Holiness the Dalai Lama speak in Seattle nearly 3 years ago and was inspired deeply. I am a coach and work with people in their journey to come from love, being as they design the lives they want to be living.

I am a mother and have a dedication to practicing (sometimes slipping) coming from compassion in my self as a mother, partner, coach. I am particularly interested in creating ways to bring compassion workshops into education.
