Topics Related to Compassion:
I practice as a student and healer, Pranic Healing as taught by Master Choa Kok Sui. I am also a student of Family Constellation and occasional facilitator as well as supporter. I tithe to my local Food Bank and care deeply for the basic needs disparities in our world even in our society, rich as it is. I contribute in other ways for the benefit of those less fortunate than me. Long ago in the times of the Vietnam War I spent time in jail for refusing to go to Vietnam as a soldier. I have worked consciously to heal myself from whatever were real and imagined hurts of my life to arrive, still a traveler on the journey for sure, at a place of practicing loving kindness in all parts of my life, and am guided by almost dail;y practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts from Pranic Healing.
