Comment by Chandira on February 19, 2009 at 2:46pm: I don't know who Barefoot Bob was, but I love the name, I think I'd have liked him, I love people that aren't afraid to walk barefoot in this world, there's a vulnerability to it, and a connectedness it brings, I've done much barefoot walking myself.

I'm sorry for the loss of your friend, and want to remind you, no doubt needlessly, that all loss is an inspiration to continue where that one left off, and to keep on doing yourself what it was that one inspired in you..

My Spiritual Master passed away in November, and I can only confess it's deepened my own practice radically. I hope Bob's passing also deepens something in your life, too.
