Ten "CAN Communicators" Needed for Outreach
Greetings! CAN Executive Director Jon Ramer respectfully requests 10 people to help make 10 phone calls each for the April 24 event in Seattle.
Why? Jon conducted a recent survey that asked people to identify local organizations that might want to participate in the Compassionate Cities campaign. This question yielded the names of 100 organizations, so we need 10 people to contact those organizations within the next two weeks or so to let them know about CAN and the 4/24 event. This small volunteer project might take 1-2 hours total.
There might be other opportunities for outreach and networking that align with your personal interests. For example, Science Day at Seeds of Compassion had academic researchers that we should also contact at some point. If you have an interest in research, this could be a great networking opportunity.
